Manny Bal is real estate professional with over 15 years experience with all aspects of Real Estate, including land acquisition and development, market and financial analysis, planning and approvals, design and construction, to marketing and sales.
Has been responsible for managing and expanding a large corporate real estate portfolio which has over $1 billion dollars in annual sales. Directly negotiated and participated in securing real estate deals and development sites for over 75 new properties across Western Canada, and also has many years of direct experience with investing and developing several residential single and multi-family homes in the City.

A reputation for a being a focused organized professional with a positive outlook, always working with integrity, having a true love and passion for Real Estate, and being a team player with the mindset to put forth a complete effort in all of life's endeavors.

Shortly after completing my Bachelor's Degree in Business, I began working in the corporate world for a great organization where I developed my skill set and established a great network and relationships with some amazing people in the Real Estate industry across Canada. After more than a decade there, it was time to purse my true passion – Residential Real Estate.
My excitement for Real Estate started at an early age growing up around the job site working for my father who was a carpenter by trade and has developed several properties over the past 30 years. Real Estate is the topic of discussion at all family gatherings! More recently I became a Real Estate investor myself, working with other investors, developers and partners to invest, manage, and create wealth and opportunity from Real Estate.
